Tropical Mango Smoothie Lassi Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 star fruit, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups plain non-fat greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Honey
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Granola (Not pictured)
Instructions
  1. In a blender add all of the ingredients except for optional toppings. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide into four bowls and serve with ANY topping you choose (I love extra honey and yogurt).
