Roasted Broccoli with Soy & Asiago

- 1-2 heads of broccoli cut into florets (about 4-6 cups)
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil for drizzle
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup shredded asiago cheese w/ extra for serving
- Preheat oven to 450 & place rack on middle level
- take your florets and place on rimmed baking sheet. Toss with olive oil and then sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Spread out on sheet and place in oven for 18-22 minutes (until garlic is crisp and brown with toasted tops
- Remove from oven and immediately toss with soy sauce and cheese.
- Throw back in oven for an additional 2-3 minutes if you want cheese to melt a little more.
- Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with asiago for serving. Snack attack.
