Lemony Whipped Ricotta

Serves: 2.5 cups
- 2 cups whole milk ricotta
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil + more for drizzling
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Kosher Salt (to taste)
- Coarse Black Pepper (to taste)
- In a bowl (or I did a jar)
- Add ALL of your ingredients except for the salt and pepper and whisk until creamy.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- SERVE.
