Lemony Whipped Ricotta

Serves: 2.5 cups
Great for dipping vegetables or for spreading on toast!
  • 2 cups whole milk ricotta
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil + more for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Kosher Salt (to taste)
  • Coarse Black Pepper (to taste)
  1. In a bowl (or I did a jar)
  2. Add ALL of your ingredients except for the salt and pepper and whisk until creamy.
  3. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  4. SERVE.
